Ifa's perspective on rape

Nigeria Television Authority, NTA Lagos was at my residence today, October 18, 2021 to interview me on Ifa's perspective on Rape. It would be shown to the world at a later date. 

Here is one of the stanzas I made reference to from Òkànràn Ojó Méèdógbòn( Òkànràn Òtúrúpòn). 

Ifa detest it and the culprits shall be dealt with ruthlessly. Just listen to the verse:-

Èké ò jé pélékèé lòhun
Ìkà ò jé perarè níkà
E jíhun lójà, e fi bòyìn
Bárá iwájú ò bá rí won, èrò èhìn ńwò wón
Adífá fún Olòkànràn
Èyí tí ńfi tipátipá ba obìnrin olóbìnrin lò
Olòkànràn wo
Olòkànràn tó tú lépòn

Liars will never admit they are liars
The wicked will never admit they are evil
You steal in the market and hide it behind
If people in front don't see you, what about people behind
Cast divination for Olòkànràn
Who is having forceful sex with people's women
Who is that Olòkànràn?
It was the Olòkànràn that had his testicle swollen and blown up. 

There is nothing Ifá doesn't talk about. 

Those who have ears let them hear.

Let's join hands together to stop the evil, RAPE.

Iya Ni Wura  In the 1800s Books and travellers' accounts described Yorùba women as powerful traders, warriors, priestesses, mothers and political voices. They held down families, towns and trade networks.  Finance & Economy – Yoruba Women dominated local markets, from kola nuts to textiles. Justice System in Yorubaland

I have said it before, when a man fails to know the value of the WÚRÀ he holds in his hand, some covetous  children of other men will visit him with PÁNDA to give him in exchange of WÚRÀ. Whereas WÚRÀ is GOLD, not very beautiful to behold when in it's crude form but which can become a most glittering, everlasting and very expensive piece of jewelry when processed polished.
