Moi moi


Have you ever wondered why Moimoi cooked in a leaf taste better than the ones cooked  in a tin or it's the taste of rice and beans served in Moimoi leaf?   


This is because ewe Moimoi contains natural source of thaumatin, an enormous sweet protein, 3000 times sweeter than sugar.  The plant is also medicinal, the sap is used as antidote against venoms, stings and bites. Leaf and root sap can also be used as a sedative.
